For the Holidays

Made my monthly report to the American Legion Post #9. Proud to say that we have collected enough money to provide 92 convenience kits to Veterans currently hospitalized at the VA Hospital in Reno. In addition, we have six boxes of books and 4 beautiful quilts made by some very wonderful people in Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Lastly, we provided two complete Thanksgiving dinner baskets to the National Guard unit in Yerington, Nevada. The senior NCO said he had a couple families that were in need and through donations from my wife's company we were able to provide these wonderful food items.
