It's a road course company.
Do not get too excited about this, you'll probably be sadly disappointed. So will they, if they think a road course in the heart of grass roots drag racing and circle track racing is going to flourish. The track itself yields poor circle track racing, that's why attendance was so bad it closed. It also yields poor open wheel racing. I seriously doubt a group that is/was trying to buy the Nurburgring (they're challenging their rejection) is going to finish the drag strip. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it, a National Event dragstrip within ear shot of my house would be great. I'm just not going to get fired up about it until I see plenty of positive signs.

Oh, I'm not excited anymore. I waited years for them and finally moved from Walter Hill lol. I suspect it would not take much to finish the strip and it would bring steady cash revenues for sure. Near perfect location.
