can we enter the day of the race ,or do we need to pre-enter.
also can a transbrake and 2-step be used in the non electronics class , like a traditional s/s car. or do we to race against delay boxes?

Hello Mark,
At the Chicago Shootout No Delay Boxes will be allowed in the NON-Electronics classes. Transbrakes are acceptable in the NON-Electronics category. Lebanon Valley normally makes trans-brakes enter the electronic category. I phoned the track manager and we are all on the same page. Personally, I don't see a transbrake as any advantage over foot braking or releasing a clutch, but put in a delay box and you have a whole different ball game.
