All blue cars run each other heads up regardless of weight or horsepower. All red cars, all white cars Etc. Etc.
You will be able to buy a color chart from nhra for only $200.

And if a car is multicolored, the color on the driver side door will be the default color for the car.
We are going to color shifting metal flake finish next year, so that it can't be classified and so we will only get singles. Know the rules, work the rules....... David The New Hemi Guy |

So far, I've heard rumors of 6.0,6.5.and 7.0 classes being added in Stock. Also heard of combining sticks and automatics, and saw a rumor of roller rockers being allowed in Stock.(saw this in the tech section of this message board)
These are all rumors that I have heard.Anybody else want to add some more? |

Stock entry will be $150 at NHRA nationals for the 2012 season. Those with a SS entry will get a muti car discount yet to be announced. Those class racers with a super class .90 car will pay $350 for that entry. Stk and SS wil have 64 car qualified fields based on rounds won from the previous season. No heads up racing, shoe polish for all. All decal money will be paid in full at the end of the season. Each manufacturer will keep track of how much they owe each racer. NHRA will closely watch these payouts. If racers have trouble getting paid, NHRA will adopt this same payout method for purse monies.
Chin up boyz, 2012 should be a blast!! |
