I can get on but will not let me go to the entry, and why is a lot with drawing?

Use this for entry statistics...withdrawals are pretty typical, sometimes you can get your stuff in good running order for Indy (and hopefully winning class) but if not it's only natural they would want to save 1 week+ and the money.
