We would like to run this across your guys to see if any one has any ideas. I know you Chevy guys will know what to do with this car.
*Restore it Concours? *Restore it factory? *Sell it as is? *Fix it up and sell on Barrett Jackson? *Convert it to a Bonneville and race it? *Sell it to a NHRA guy to race? *Change color? Engine and call all underneath was undercoated and absolutely cherry. It was garage kept its whole life. Scrapes and dents from an old lady driver. Zero Options. License plate last licensed was 1976. Six cylinder hamered a bit, but then purrs like a kitten. It is way cool

Lynn, That's got 1957 (street) Gasser written all over it ! Clone the Mr. Gasket (Hrudka Bros.) Black and White C/gasser for the street! Electronic Fuel injected SB Chevy with upright injector stacks. That's what I'm talkin' about. JB.

Can someone who is knowledgable about the crossed-flags emblem tell me why I remember seeing them on the car in two places, please? Seems like the Black Widows had them on the back fender, up high, and the street cars I saw, had them on the front fender, about 8" below the top of the fender, just ahead of the door opening.
Am I dreaming????-

Bill;
The Black Widows were based on the 150 model, which had the fuel injection flags and script on the rear quarter. The 210 and BelAir models had the emblems on the front fender. Lynn; It'd make a cool SS/GT, and then the Camaro owners would have an aero advantage over someone else in the class like the Cobalts do now! LOL |
