Jimmy Hidalgo of "The Country Dog Automotive" fame is going to have a big stew down there, with Nuetra, Crab, Crawfish, Alligator, Turtle, and some Deer meat. Anybody that can eat a big bowl of it, drink 8 beers, and show up for the first round on Sunday gets a free Southland Flyers tee shirt!
