Default Bill Bader For President

At least 20k people in the stands on Sunday at a Points Race? It was unbelievable. Line at the $1 ice cream line 1 hour long all 3 days.

So, 30,000 fans all three days $20 each? $600k in spectator fees? At least $10k in ice cream , food, who knows?

Why didnt we give the fans a show for heads up class run off for S/SS instead of 3 practice runs? Would have been way cool for the fans instead of the bracket race. Not that I have anything for Silveus cause I dont, would still be fun.

Most of the tickets were given away free. He knows if he gets them there once they will return.

On Sunday they was standing outside Wilson gate making sure people had free tickets to come in, wow now that takes some big ones to pull that deal off and it worked.

I don't know, if you stand in line for an hour for a 1.00 icream you are all about not spending money. I'm still waiting for Bader to give NHRA a little competition.

I paid $8.50 for chilly cheese fries with Jalepenos, so I know they made at least food money. My 23 year old son Casey (with a hollow leg) and I couldnt eat them all. The girl in the line had two plastic dragsters costing like $8 a piece while getting 4 cups of ice cream. I know they made some cash.

What to see 3 rounds of S/SS practice? How boring!

Lynn,

I have always felt that at the very least time runs should run off the dial ins. At least it would be somewhat interesting for the fans!

Don't you think at the Joliet Divisional on Saturday we could get a half full house for an afternoon of Top Stock, or even Slow Stock, or Super Stock elims, etc. just anything rather than another time run?

I think we should try, all we gotta do is show up A-Z or by index lets say everyone slow index to fast, put your index on the window in second round of practice and line up with others for heads up with your same index. GT cars and SS cars combined. Stock do the same thing. If someone sandbags they miss out and get a good old practice round at the end(and for that matter for those who do not wish to participate). I dont see why it wouldnt work. The McCarty girls told me they would do it. Annette, Megan, and Casey's new girlfriend Diesel Barbie!

Then we take out my 2 cent CPU (pencil) and write them all down.
