If you call their company, they will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and replace your purchase at no cost. Make sure your tag says 2008.

Is the info on NHRA web site wrong about the SFI rating?

Big Boy,

I would be real careful about walking around the pits with those IMPACT shoes that you have.

I heard that last week a racer had a shoe blowout and he almost lost a toe.

Only the quick action of NHRA Prez Tom Compton prevented further injury by throwing a half-warm beer on the smoldering shoe.
