You should be able to find lead shot at your local gun dealer that sells reloading supplys.I think Cabelas sells it,or Google lead shot .

The last I bought was at Gander Mountain. It was about $50 a bag and that was a year ago.

Dick's Sporting Goods used to sell it as well. It's been a while since I bought any though, so I don't know if they still do.

Any place that sells ammo or hunting supplies usually has it in stock for their customers that do their own reloading....... comes in different sized pellets too..........

I think it is so expensive to reload now nobody has the supplies anymore.lead has over doubled in price
in the last year or so.I heard a sporting goods store in delaware has it at around $35 a 25lb bag.
sorry dont know the store name.

Hot Rod - Where are you located? I have a 25lb bag that I was going to toss out. It's yours if you can pick it up.

You're right about the price doubling, actually some gun shops in my area are almost triple the price of 2 or 3 years ago. ..... We see it at the dealership with battery cores too. .......A cheap alternative is coated steel shot. ......Most industrial supply stores have it, You can even get it at a place like Harbor Freight.........I've used 3/64" shot for a couple of bars, costs about $18 to $22 for 25# , .......Tom
