Covid-19 has taken one of our own.
It saddens me to say, Today Dave Conkey(son of Lou and Judy Conkey) lost his battle with the Covid-19 virus.
Don't think this virus can't or won't get you. Don't think because you are young or healthy you will be fine. Dave was 51. Not a high-risk case. just a regular guy. A technician like myself. If you can, please stay home. The life you save may be someone in your family. A few paychecks or whatever you are getting at the store aren't worth losing our loved ones. Stay at home, order groceries online and have them delivered, and support the people on the front lines of this. God speed Dave.

Sitting here in disbelief as I read this tragic news. This really hit home today. Steve is absolutely correct,....a few paychecks aren’t worth losing our LOVED ones....For those that don’t know, Dave’s wife Karen has now lost her father and the LOVE of her life within the past 30 days. Please include Karen and the Conkey family in your prayers...Stay safe everyone....

Very sad news not only did we lose Dave but both his parents passed away today from the same virus. Rip guys. I was glad to call you my friends

Tragic for one family to lose so many from one disease. I can't imagine how the rest of the family feels and all their friends.
God, please give this family some comfort at this time. And PLEASE GOD watch out for the rest of us during the coming weeks.

There is a FB gofundme page to help the family at this time understand they’re over $50,000 in out of pocket with another on ventilator, and 3 funeral expenses 😢😢😢 it’s all just unbelievable really not sure I’ve mentally grasped it yet. Keep them in your prayers 🙏🙏🙏 stay safe we can’t lose any more of the good guys ❤️
