Well Congrat's to John Force,,, I hope He's Man enough to Thank Austin Coil for putting him where He is Today !!
I know John has worked his A.. off for what he has,, but Austin Coil tuned him to all the wins and most of the Championships... Last edited by KEN BUGAJ; 11-10-2013 at 10:39 PM. |

I read more than one report that said when they parted ways it was ugly and that they have not spoken since.

Not the biggest Force fan at all but, to win 16 titles is pretty good for an old truck driver out of California but, let's not forget FRANK MANZO. I think they said tonight on ESPN3 between National Events and Divisionals wins he has something like 226 total Wally's. Holy Smokes! He will be missed next year for sure in D1.

I did see on ESPN 3 where John Force mentioned Frank Manzo had 17 championships.
Impressive amount.

I like Force and his girls. I know he runs off at the mouth, but I get a huge kick out of him, and I believe that is all him. I don't think he intentionally puts on a show at all.
I waited 20 minutes for him in Sanair one time for a T-shirt and he was exactly the same face to face as he is on TV. I think he's great for the sport. Congrats to John for winning his 16th Championship!!! |

Hell, Force wouldn't mention Ford and Castrol at Indy, and I thought he was under contract to both of them until the end of next year? |

John did not mention Austin or Bernie but was very gracious with Manzo pointing out the Frank was the MAN. Also it's 261 Walleys counting Div's,Nat's and Championships

His resignation (Which blindsided JF..everyone on the team took a pay cut during that winless season BTW)) from JFR was largely a financial decision, augmented by “some animosities” lingering from Force’s winless 2009 NHRA Funny Car season. And don’t fool yourself, Force and Coil are (were) two of a kind. |

Not too bad. I`d bet either Bill O`Conner,Bob Shaw or Bob Dennis has more of them....

Bill O'Connor is way behind Manzo in the number of actual Wallys. He only has 92 of them. I think Bob Dennis is the class win king with well over 100. I think Manzo has everyone beat with his combination of divisional and national event wallys.
