Thank You for being a part of Carolina Classic Modified Production association presented by Hickory Enclosed Trailer Sales/Racing Performance Motorcoach in 2025! We look forward to having a successful 2nd full year & none of it would be possible without our racers & sponsors. We are a Heads-Up NHRA Modified association that runs solely off NHRA Super Stock Modified rules. Our main goal is to grow our association, with our racers being treated with respect & making it a fun-filled family atmosphere.

* Cars must meet NHRA Super Stock Modified rules with the following exceptions; must be manual transmission and 1985 or older RWD body.
* All drivers MUST have a valid NHRA Super Stock license.
* All drivers will be required to wear a Head/Neck restraint device.
* All cars must have a valid NHRA Chassis Certification; valid for 3 years.
* All cars will be weighed before 1st round & after final round (If officials deem it necessary).
* At any given time, cars are subject to P & G for cubic inches claimed.
* AM 5.90 Index 7.5 lbs
* BM 6.01 Index 8.5 lbs
* CM 6.20 Index 9.5 lbs
* DM 6.35 Index 10.5 lbs
* EM 6.50 Index 11.5 lbs
* FM 6.80 Index 12.5 lbs
* GM 6.65 Index 10.5 lbs (6 cyl)
* Standard deck block=100 lbs weight break (Effective 11/23/24)
* Single carburetor=25 lbs weight break
* Buick/Pontiac head engines=50 lbs weight break (Effective 11/23/24)
* Seatbelts must be current.
* Helmets must be Snell SA2015 or newer.
* Entry fee: $200.00 per race
* Membership fee: $200.00 to collect points (Effective 11/23/24)
* Points are calculated as follows:
* 10 points to enter
* 5 points per round won
* 5 bonus points for attending all 7 races
* Race procedure: 2 qualifying runs, Sportsman ladder based off qualifying
* $200.00 Low Qualifier

CCRA-Carolina Class Racers Association/ Carolina Classic Modified Production 2025 Schedule Update:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the race scheduled for July 12-13 at Rockingham Dragway is being rescheduled to July 26-27 at The Dragway at Coastal Plains Park. Rockingham is closing that week to give their employees a mid-season vacation. SPECIAL THANKS to Mr. Ronnie Humphrey for re-arranging his racing schedule to accommodate us for this event!!! We also want to thank Union County Dragway (Tony Brown & John Bartunek), Roxboro Motorsports Park (Angela Mason), & KDS Motorsports (Billy Shivers) for reaching out to me to try to get us an available date.

* Friday, July 25th-gates will open that afternoon with testing available that evening (weather permitting)
* Saturday, July 26th-gates will open at 2 p.m., time trials at 3:30 p.m., eliminations to follow for an evening event
* Sunday, July 27th-gates will open at 9 a.m., church service at 9:30 a.m., Dash for Cash after time runs starting at 10 a.m., eliminations to follow.

Yes, we realize it is June 5th & the last thing we are wanting is to have to change our race season around but we are doing the BEST JOB we can with the obstacles being thrown at us.
