Sean to pick up that much you have Ignition issues to work. You have energy to light the one fuel but not the other.

Ensure ignition has 14 Volts
OHM check wires
Research current coil Amp output - The new HVC coils are strong
Platinum plugs seem to work very well in Low Comp. engines
Run a stand alone heavy gauge wire direct to battery to toggle switch for ignition. Bypass factory key switch ( too much voltage drop )
At least 100 Amp Alt -- some cars pick up 2 tenths.
