I think I can guess what happened.

Mike Crutchfield still has a chance of being in the top ten of SS.... so the rules say that he can enter even if the field is full. I do not see his name on the entry list... but I am not sure how accurate that list is.

By the way... he won the first two rds and needs two more rds to make the top ten (if jeff lane doesn't win the race and pass him and a few others also).
