Representation of Purchase
• Vehicle will be used solely for sanctioned racing or for display purposes
• Vehicle will not be operated on any public or private road or highway
• Vehicle will not be registered by Purchaser for use on public roads or highways and will not have any registration or license plate affixed to it or obtained for it
• Purchaser assumes any risks and liabilities connected with the operation and use of the vehicle
It is agreed and understood that no warranties of any kind or character, either expressed or implied, are made by the dealer or Chrysler LLC concerning this parts kit.
Any warranties from a manufacturer or supplier, including warranties on any Dealer‐installed, non‐manufacturer accessories, are their warranties, not administered by the Dealer or Manufacturer. Where any such warranties exist, they are the liability of suppliers or other such parties. All goods, services and other parts are sold "AS IS" unless a separate, non‐Manufacturer warranty is identified. This disclaimer in no way extends a Manufacturer's Warranty to the goods described above.
No other agreement, promise, or understanding of any kind pertaining to this purchase will be recognized. The Purchaser acknowledges to have read and agrees to comply with the conditions set forth in the document "Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak Ordering Guidelines." The "Guidelines" document is distributed with this Purchase Agreement on the Mopar.com website
Fullfillment of the items listed in this Purchase Order is subject to material availability from Chrysler Motors LLC.
This Purchase Order is not valid or considered complete by Chrysler LLC unless signed by dealer and purchaser.
