The kid who works for me DID get placed in the local Mercedes dealer, which, as you point out, he could have nailed on his own. And after 18 months, COULDN'T WAIT to work anywhere else, as the things he was told by the tech school and the reality of working in the local dealer were not even close to the same reality.
