Stacy thought two 3/8 bolts on the battery hold down would be as good as one 1/2 bolt...., but NHRA tech didn't agree. It was 100% secure, and kind of prophetic that a Pro Stock guy had unsecured ballast falling off onto the track while on the run! Stacy felt like they should have given him a chance to change it, but they wouldn't. |
So your saying the same bolts were holding the battery AND weight. No wonder he was tossed out.
