Chip back when Norwalk was IHRA, they had a deal where all motorized carts was parked 11pm and sercurty was high after that. Wonder why that stopped?

Steve Hoyt was parked beside us and said he heard people outside his rig and ours around 4am, went outside and they took of with a white golf cart from somewhere, but he didnt have anything missing and we didnt have anything come up missing either.

If everybody remembers, it was way worse last year for campers in the pits at Norwalk.
