Interestingly enough I've been around the low HP 4bbl 289 Super Stock engine combination before, Kip Martin's 289 made 467 HP @ 7300 RPM and 380 TQ Super Flow 901. This power held the SS/L record @ 10.27 or 10.29 @ 127 MPH many years ago. Hopefully you can use this information because dyno information is not usually posted on this forum.
One other thing I did notice is the 1.236 correction factor, which could be high for 5000 feet elevation depending on the time of the year. Typically in Colorado @ 6400 feet elevation I would get a 1.27 to 1.30 correction factor.
