I haven't been able to find otherwise, the only announcement's I've found were from 2023, the 2023 changes (
https://www.nhraracer.com/content/ge...699&zoneid=132) say exempt events and national opens don't count, but I do not see any list of exempt events for 2024, and no announcement for the US Nationals for 2024.
I found the anoucement for 2023 here (but have not found any announcement for 2024):
