Default Re: John Kunsak Race cars/parts estate sale This weekend

"Wow, that's an amazing collection, but sad to see a lifetime of investment get pieced out.Do you know how much they are pricing the cars for?"

all I know from one conversation with the estate sale woman is the vehicles will be sealed bid, and a bank holds the paper on all of them and the bank will be reviewing bids at a later date-she was emphatic no one will drive off in a vehicle even if theya re the high bid, if the money is not enough it will be a no sale and the bank will take another look. As for the Olyenik car haulers I can tell everyone the red truck is a 1976, 20 foot, the cab is rotted away at the rear mounts underneath and the engine has low compression in one cylinder. The Black truck is a 1982 I believe very nice unit-originally purchased by jim Lydon (PGH Hemi racer) with an automatic trans and 454. It currently has a 502/clark overdrive manual 5 speed/motorhome 70k rear axle with big disc brakes and a million other little things done by a man who LOVED his Chevy trucks. I have a lot of knowledge about what is there, and I also do not know a thing about a lot of what is there. I am flying in Thursday and can hopefully help a little at the sale, as it appears I know more about everything there and the man who owned them than everyone else-others (local) who knew anything died before John
