I ordered a transmission shield in Feb of this year. Nothing yet. Will not return phone calls and hasn't replied to any emails since July. Have saved every email, as I may contact the credit card company. Kim Wood is the lady I have tried to contact, but no luck. Think I will go with a blanket as I don't think I will ever see the shield I ordered. Absolutely the worst. I ordered direct from them and not Summit. If a person keeps checking the Summit site you will see that CSR keeps pushing the expected delivery date later and later. By the way, if they ever reply to an email saying they will give me an update, that never happens either. I started the return process. Now I will see what happens.
