So he was crossing in a car and was caught at the border as he attempted to cross over. Sounds like border patrol did their job. I would also assume he had the right documents to go back and forth…typical mule. In speaking with fellow Vet who retired after 37 years with Border Patrol, independent truckers are the real problem. Only one out five trucks are inspect!!
