It was more than likely a 12 bolt. You could order a "heavy-duty" axle package in almost any Chevy. I'll probably be corrected by someone but I seem to remember that in 1967 a "posi" for your 10 bolt would cost you sixty sum odd dollars and the H-D axle assy. was just seven more.
