I had this cam on a cam doctor but did not trust the numbers as the cam doctor had not been calibrated and looked, well, little rough! And the operator.....

Shows 274-280 duration. I will be spinning this over and checking.
Chart shows .166@106 tdc intake and .178@106 exhaust.
Not sure I follow what that means.
That tells you that if the cam is installed at 106, then the tappet lift at tdc will be .166" on the I and .178" of the E. Its helpful information if you are looking at a different cam and want to understand what impact the other cam may have on your current piston to valve clearance.
