I dropped of a package at the local UPS Service center in a box that UPS sells and is UPS approved/recommends---dropped it off at 5 pm and did a tracking the next AM about 730--- NO RECORD of a box that was 12x18x18--- I had a tracking number and everything it just vanished after I dropped it off AT UPS shipping counter ---not at a dealer or shipping service----at THE UPS district shipping facility----it supposedly went from the counter right into the UPS trailer 10 feet behind the counter I saw it it went into the trailer--- UPS had no explanation took me 3 months to get my money back they didn't want to do it but I called every day for the 3 months to get my money back --- I now ONLY ship INSURED no matter the value and must sign for delivery--- No more bullshi*t of leaving it on the porch or whatever-- they are all the same !!!! FED 387
