How does a rookie driver during these trying times enter. Hate coming by myself and I'm trying to find some Vegas friends to come along. We'll see! Do I pay at the gate? Is there tech? Do they sell C-11? Thanks for the help.

Hey Paul, come on down and bring anyone else from Vegas that you can! Andy Kimball typically comes down from Henderson so you won’t be the only one from NV.
Entry is easy, $40 at the gate. We use gate 3 at these events which is the gate just past the tower on the spectator side of the track. Tech is on the top deck by the lake behind the grandstands. General safety stuff is all tech is going to do. We run on the honor system but we will take a closer look if there are complaints or anything questionable happening. We typically weigh everyone on one of the two qualifying passes and then any heads up during eliminations.
You pay the $60 association fee at my trailer. We prefer cash on this so we can use it toward the payouts. We are typically parked down by the scales. You will see my parents stacker trailer and toter home. The booth will either be at that trailer or the one next to it that I drive out if they don’t leave a spot for my car in their trailer. I’ll probably be running the Hawk Bro’s foxbody mustang.
They don’t sell any VP at the track. If they have anything it will be Torco but I’m not sure if they will be there with the restrictions. Typically the Loves across the street has Sunoco Purple at the pump. We don’t do fuel check but I’m sure like most everyone else you want to stick with what you know for fuel. If you need C-11 I can check with the Hot Rod Shop down here to see if we can get some for next week. How much do you need? He does not have any right now but I can bring it with me to the track if he can get it. I will have to check tomorrow to see if he can get it in time.
