At Tulsa Divisional, as in Atlanta, All entries were online only. Even the crew passes must be purchased online. After you buy your tickets you will get an email with the links to complete the (2) waivers and your tech card. You will receive confirmations for each item you send. The waivers go to the track and the tech card goes to your Division. It's all new but isn't to difficult to fill it all out.
