Buick Turbo Regal Engine with slight improvements.

My first thought was Kenny Duttweiler.
He was a class racer and the first person I ever met ( around 1985-1986 ) that was doing hard core Turbo Regal development ( pre-1986 non intercooled versions) for Buick
