Now as I stated in a post from last year, I admitted to not having the smarts or the facilities you have, but I feel I am doing quite good with my car in spite of running factory exhaust manifolds (do you know of someone who has headers for my 173 V6 engine? The only pair I ever saw were on the Chevy Citation formerly raced by Linda Sherman, and Randy Hyman). I am not in position to be spending $1k (2007 dollars), for headers for a small V6. It's all about time, facilities, and most importantly, MONEY! I have been told I could pick up .4 seconds just with that change alone. However, There may be more in my cars engine management system, than I have extracted thus far (if only the great Woodro Josey lived much closer to us than he does/did when he made those FI V8 '90's cars run so great), but there's a place I can take my car to where those improvements can be made w/o headers, but again it's about money! Given my car is just as (if not more) competitive against the DF/S index, than many other cars in both Stock and Super Stock are against theirs, I will focus on being a participant, as the future of Stock Eliminator depends on it!
Thanks for your well wishes, but I am curious Mark, when is your car coming out to play? Oh and one more thing, be grateful Billy Nees isn't much closer to me than Ohio!

Gary, about 20 years ago when I was thinking of building a 2.8 third gen camaro, I bought a set of Hedman shorty headers that were for a Citation that I was going to try to modify for the Camaro. I never finished the V6 so I sold them on eBay.
Also I've read where Bill Drevo's Citation had Hooker headers.
