The new proposed rule is clear as mud.

It appears that any non-OEM aftermarket aluminum head is allowed.

Also, for SS/CS, my interpretation is that any non-OEM aftermarket iron head is allowed.

They also crossed out the language that prohibits the use of billet heads.

I hope the final rules are more specific because this will open a can of worms!
