I reread your other post so I hope I did not miss something there. Explain your layout and where the pump,regulator and cell are along with fittings and line sizing. The reference port on the regulator diaphragm is open to atmosphere right? If this is plugged or blocked that could play a role as the regulator warms and cools it will change your setting.
