Default Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Inconsistency Part 2

For clarification this may help......the fuel pressure always holds steady once the engine is started until it is shut down.......it never restarts at the same pressure but it holds at whatever it starts at, there is no fluctuation while running. Set at 6 while running and holds forever until shut down that is great.... BUT it will restart with more or less fuel pressure and hold until readjusted or shutdown. Checked the voltage, the vent, the fuel is dumping on foam and the fuel cell is kept full. Open to any and all help. I am running a filter before the fuel cell and another a couple of feet from the carburetor. The Aeromotive gauge at the carb always agrees with the Autometer on the cowl. Thanks for any comments. Interesting note......Aeromotive told me I didn't have a problem-----really ???
