That would make too much sense. I doubt they'll ever do it.

Given their aversion to sportsman coverage during the pro telecast the only real solution, I think, is to show only the finals live. Compress the rest of it so they're showing the last of the delayed semi-finals maybe 15 minutes before the finals are scheduled. Then they could go back to normal turn-around times for the pro teams as well.

This would also allow them to get back to the more comprehensive first round coverage we had in the past.

I can dream anyway.
