Default Re: Snow Rockville MD

Took off about 1:30 pm and dropped by mom and dads to see how they were doing.
Took off at 2pm and went to Shoppers Food store.
Main roads were fine. Salt truck poised to start salting roads.

Got to Shoppers and the parking lot was treacherous.
First thing I noticed were the shopping carts all over the place.
The shoppers were too lazy to park their carts into storage areas.

I grabbed one figuring there were none at the store and was right.
Cars were driving across the parking places making their own paths.
It was insane.

OTW home some drivers were driving extra slow.
One driver drove in the middle of the two lanes.
Despite the main road being fairly clear.

Got on Richter Farm road. Had a good inch packed snow and slippery.
Couple turns practicing a little drift and safe in the driveway.

Writing this at 6:30 pm and a good 6 inches has come down.
