I agree. My 2006 crew cab dually is a great truck.

I did the coolant bypass, the EGR bypass, Edge gauges, blue fuel pump spring and straight pipe. Short money for the extras and runs like a champ.

I would like to do studs and o-ring the heads so I can pump more boost through it, but it has plenty of power stock and the transmission is incredible, especially for towing.

By the way, I strongly recommend adding Archoil when changing the oil. The stuff really works. The engine runs smoother and the injectors are much happier.

Also, I rebuild the turbo every 30K-50K and use the full-round brass thrust washer. Just good maintenance in my opinion. I'm probably going to add a Wicked Wheel this summer so the turbo will spool up quicker, but that's certainly not a must have.

Extremely happy with my truck.
