Cool Re: NHRA ProStock changes coming!

This is what I was afraid of,,,,,, not the idea of Pro/Stock going to EFI,, but being restricted to one manufacturers' units. Theres a lot of EFI vendors and products out there, but I guess Holley ( not that theres anything wrong with their product) cut the big deal with NHRA to make sure THEIR products would be used. Kind of takes the ingenuity out it,, like the Goodyear tire mandate as opposed to setting a tire size limit and letting all the tire companies compete for the teams' business. These race teams become cookie-cutter when their product purchasing is dictated by NHRA,, and aren't they too close to being "look alikes" already?
There could've been technical limits put on EFI in general, by the rules, and let the teams experiment with the different brands and types of EFI and eventually one system would've stood out among the others,,, now we'll never know,, too bad. My 2 cents.
