Semis and Finals. Nice showing from all the racers.
Two weeks ago, Brian Thompson wasn’t too pleased with his P/SA Mustang but this week he took it to a win over Ryan Warter that earned him a bye into the final.
Scott Burton stages against Steve Wann in his vintage Mopar. Wanna took the win light to move to a final against Thompson.
Division 7 driver Steve Wann defeated local racer Brian Thompson for the NorthWest National Stock Eliminator title on a double breakout. Congratulations to the winner.
Jody Lang had his Stocker quit on him at the ready line in round one, but his Super Stock car was good enough to earn a date with Dan Fletcher by beating fellow D6 racer Kory Alby in the semis.
What can I say? It’s been a race car all it’s life. Legend has it it’s the winningest car in NHRA history. Fletcher over Mark Faul to move to the finals of SS.
This is what happens to a photo from the stands when two power players square off for the money round. Fletcher defeated Lang on a double breakout Congratulations to the man from Peak Oil.
There’s a lot of interest out here in Ryan Warter’s new Comp car, so I thought I’d toss in a pic of the Comp Elim final. Rumor had it they “Had issues” with it, but other than Jeff Lane winning the final it ran like a top. BTW, the Hancock and Lane car has a “For Sale” in the back window.
