Good. I never really thought they would sell it. At least not for a non racing venture as some on this forum indicated.

Last Saturday I noticed a small sign on the ticket booth reading "Neighbors are no longer free". I guess if you build next to a drag strip you just have to live without the perks.

I'm looking foreword to burning rubber here for many years to come. Very interested in seeing the improvements they have in mind.
