That sprag is the weak point of a 200. As long as you don't back up hard or up a big incline or use low gear in the pits or in the water box it lives very well. The water box may be the worst. It is a little tricky to do a burnout starting out in second, but 200's live very well if you take care of them. I send mine back to be freshened at 200-250 runs because I feel guilty.
