Most states here on the east coast treat street racing very hard if something happens, accomplice.
Think of it this way, if there was no one to race, the driver would not have anyone to race, so he would not have killed those people.
2 guys were racing from a stop light in phila a couple years ago and 1 ran down a mother and baby in carriage, both were charged.
