If I understand you correctly, it's easy. You load the cd in your computer, then right click on the file or files you want to send, and click 'save as.' Save the file in your computer, making careful note where you save it. then open up an email, and attach the saved files to the email, press send. the one glitch might be if the files are huge, then they could send very slowly depending on the internet speed you have, or get rejected for being too large. nowadays that's rare. Watch for copyrights. if the material on the CD is copyrighted you might not be allowed.
