When I ordered the cam from Chris at Comp for stock class dual springs with a damper were allowed for the ZL1 in the specs and were sent with the cam. Are you saying I've got to change to a single spring now?
Yes, it is definitely tough and expensive but I got it done. Didn't you run a 427 (ZL1 combo?) at one time?
