Many of the cheapy ebay two row radiators have only two rows of 3/4" dia. tubes....that's why they are so inexpensive. And many of the ebay radiators advertised as 'three row' or 'four row' have one or two 5/8" tubes and two 3/4" tubes.
Not saying that these won't work, just make sure you know what you're getting.
