Default Re: 2 NHRA LODRS Events in 1 Weekend

I always thought 2 races/1 weekend were a good thing. Race twice for the same tow, save money. I have done that with a few of our S/SS Association races. Hagerstown draws very well in November (two of the last three years we have had over seventy cars; of course, the Sunday race pays at least $2,000 to win there [$2,500 to win last year]). The local (Pittsburgh and Quaker City) races are doing better, but not as well. The Sunday races there seem to not have the interest of Saturday events. Even local bracket racing draws better on Saturday than Sunday around here. So I guess it depends who/where it is, and what kind of race it is.
