Recently Division 1 Stock ace D.J.Pires had a freak deal happen while towing with his 2007 Chevy Silverado and race car trailer( and race car) behind it . At first he thought a trailer tire was going flat because of some unusual noise and thumping but when he tried to pull over he discovered that he no longer had any brakes but got the rig slowed and pulled off the highway .Looking under cab showed him flames and soon all hell broke loose .

Good news is that he and his passengers all got out OK and his racecar wasn't damaged .As you'll see from the pictures his Silverado didn't fare so well .That and they're trying to figure out just what happened ............Seems the fire started under the drivers seat .
