Not sure if you are asking about PerformAIRE's or not, but the answer is yes they can. There is a service form on the Tech Support page of our website that has all the info needed to send it in.
Normal update and calibration fee is
$89. If your unit is built before 2004 and needs other repairs it may cost addtional as stated on form.
