OK getting clearer....clear as mud.C and W racing, OK thanks maybe not considering the tabs and fasteners is where I was getting hung up...I will address this on my car before the first race. Suppose I've got a bit before I have to make a move. Merely the fact that there seems to be so many different interpretations of that 1 paragraph would indicate 1 english may not be everyones first language or...and I'm leaning this way, they could have done a better job on the "clarification".
