FedEx dropped off a box full of Aerospace brake stuff. The only hiccup in the install were the rotor mount holes. My bet is they thread these holes early on in the process and the threads move around a bit during heat treat. A quick touch up of those and life was good again:
The stuff looks so nice it's a shame to cover it up:
